Welcome to Monroe Village

Hello and welcome to Monroe Village. I’m John Rauner, the Executive Director. Monroe Village is located in the heart of Central New Jersey and offers the finest full-service retirement value in the region.

My top priority and that of my staff is to provide you with a warm, welcoming, stimulating environment that enhances your quality of life. To that end, I’m on a first-name basis with virtually every member of our community. I’ve also taken the time to get to know their families and as an amateur photographer, one of my favorite things to do is to share photos of our community in action with residents and their families.

You can feel secure in knowing we are CCAC-CARF accredited and in resident satisfaction surveys, our staff is always noted for their warmth and friendliness. That’s an attitude that is reflected throughout our community. In fact, it never takes newcomers here long to find friends who share their interests and their outlook on life. And if you ever do have a problem or a suggestion for ways to improve our community, my door is always open.
